So Saap began in 2020 with our family-owned Lao and Thai restaurant in San Diego, California. Food has always been our way of sharing our culture and bringing people together—and our crispy chicken skin is another way to share that love.

We wanted to share that crunch beyond our restaurant, so we decided to package our crispy chicken skin into bags and ship it straight to your door. Now you can enjoy a taste of So Saap wherever you are.

Inspired by the bold flavors we love, each bag delivers a savory, satisfying crunch—from Original to Laab and Spicy Taiwanese.
